I have submitted my quilt(s) for possible inclusion in , Texas Guilds’: Award-Winning Traditional Quilts at the International Quilt Festival/Houston, October 30- November 7, 2010. I understand my quilt will be insured under your Chubb Group Fine Arts policy, at the value I have specified, from the time I ship it to you until it is returned to my door. I further agree to permit the image, or detail image(s), of my quilt to be used in articles, ads, promotions, catalogs, books, websites (including any webcast coverage), CDs, current event news coverage, television productions, and/or multi-media productions for and about Quilt Festival, for and about the special exhibit, Texas Guilds': Award-Winning Traditional Quilts. My quilt does have a 4-inch (10 cm.) fabric sleeve for hanging. If my quilt(s) is selected for exhibit, I will be notified by July 2, 2010. I will then ship my quilt at my expense to arrive no later than August 25, 2010. My quilt will be returned at the organizer's expense. Quilts must be available from August 25 through November 2010.
